Paul 'Cocosteel' Cotter and Orla 'The Mailwoman' Carmody take out the men's and women's 2009 World Push Up Championships respectively. Both humiliated the opposition and each champion has indicated their interntion to defend their title in 2010. See how they did it below. See you all in 2010.
WPU Championships 2009
The World Push Up Championships are coming to the Establishment, Courtenay Place, Wellington in March 09. The weigh in and face off will occur on Tues 17th March (St Patrick's Day) at 6pm and the main event kicks off on Sat 28th Mar 09 at midday. All are welcome.
